Ben Fischinger

co-FoundeR, Creative director

Director, DP, and Local 700 editor, his cinematography work has earned him a 2014 Student BAFTA, Cine Golden Eagle Award, Jury Award and People's Choice Award at the 2021 Wild & Scenic Film Festival. His editorial work spans commercials, documentaries, narrative feature films, one of which (I Love My Dad) made its world premiere at the 2022 SXSW Film Festival, winning both the Narrative Feature Grand Jury Prize and the Narrative Feature Audience Award.

When not shooting or editing, Ben can be found in Griffith Park, tending to his tiny urban garden or trying out some new culinary projects.

RYan westra

co-FoundeR, Creative director

Director, producer, cinematographer and editor, Ryan has expertise in all areas of production and knows how to deliver high quality at any budget level. His clients have included HBO Documentary Films, Verizon Wireless, Dreamworks, the Atlantic, the BBC, the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival, Panorama Music Festival, and has had his work featured on FunnyOrDie, Upworthy, The Huffington Post, and the BBC. His latest Oscar-qualified short animated film, American Sikh, made waves at the Tribeca Festival in 2023, won festivals across the country, and was featured on Good Morning America, Forbes, Variety, and CNN.

When not working on film projects, Ryan can be found traveling abroad, making music, or playing chess.

Creative problem-solver and storyteller with a passion for bringing unique visions to life. With years of experience in freelance film production and branded content, I’ve had the chance to collaborate with incredible creators, helping to craft narratives that resonate. From helping with high-level consumer product campaigns at goodr to managing the logistics of complex productions, I thrive in fast-paced environments where adaptability is key.

My journey started in the world of film, but it’s expanded into creative leadership roles where I get to do what I love most—translate ideas into tangible, captivating stories. Whether that’s impactful storytelling or coordinating all the moving pieces behind the scenes, I’m dedicated to making sure every project is seamless and successful.
